The Maryam Mirzakhani Prize in Mathematics, formerly the National Academy of Sciences Award in Mathematics, is administered by the National Academy of Sciences to recognize outstanding and influential research contributions across mathematical disciplines. It honors individuals whose work has led to major advances or deep new perspectives in areas such as analysis, geometry, topology, and mathematical physics.
