Maurice “Ric” Terman Research Award (EAGER)

About this program

The Maurice “Ric” Terman Research Award, administered by the Terman Fund, supports the East Asia Geoscience and Environmental Research (EAGER) project to promote geoscience and environmental research across member countries of the Coordinating Committee for Geoscience Programs in East and Southeast Asia (CCOP). Funding targets research projects and activities that address regional geoscience and environmental challenges and that build scientific capacity and collaboration within the CCOP network. Eligible applicants are researchers or research teams based in or collaborating with institutions in CCOP member countries, submitting proposals focused on geoscience or environmental issues relevant to the region; specific application procedures, award amounts, and deadlines are determined by the Terman Fund and should be confirmed with the fund administrator.
