Member Research Grant - ASCLS

About this program

The American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS) offers the Member Research Grant to support Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science research, funded by member contributions, practitioners, and corporate underwriters. Grants of up to $5,000 are awarded annually at the ASCLS Annual Meeting. Eligibility requires applicants to be professional members of ASCLS, U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and nationally certified Clinical/Medical Laboratory Scientists or Technicians. Applicants must submit a reference from a supervisor on institutional letterhead, IRB approval for the research project, and a final report by December 31 of the following year to remain eligible for future awards.
