Merit-and-need-based undergraduate scholarships (Reisher Scholars Program)

About this program

The Reisher Scholars Program, administered by The Denver Foundation in partnership with nine Colorado universities, awards merit-and-need-based scholarships of $6,000–$22,000 per year (average ~$9,308) to support rising sophomores and community-college transfer students in completing their undergraduate degrees. Eligible applicants must be Colorado residents enrolling full-time in the fall at a Reisher partner institution as a rising sophomore or an incoming junior transfer and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Candidates must demonstrate personal qualities such as motivation, leadership, community service or work experience and have documented unmet financial need between $6,000 and $22,000. Applications are managed through each partner university—contact your institution’s Reisher coordinator for deadlines and application instructions.
