Michelson Prize Study

About this program

Found Animals Foundation’s Michelson Prize & Grants program supports development of a permanent, single-dose, nonsurgical sterilant for male and female cats and dogs through prize philanthropy and research funding. For approved applicants, Found Animals designs and funds a Prize Study through a Good Laboratory Practices-compliant contract research organization to generate the required Data Package-2. Applicants must develop a qualifying product and meet the Michelson Prize criteria; the Scientific Advisory Board reviews study results, and the prize is awarded to the first eligible project satisfying all criteria.
