Middleton Endowment (ME) Grants

About this program

Madison Community Foundation’s Middleton Endowment (ME) awards one-time grants to enhance quality of life in the Middleton area, supporting cultural enrichment, community development, education, natural and historic preservation, and other local resident needs. Eligible applicants are qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations serving the City or Town of Middleton, the Middleton‑Cross Plains School District, or certain far‑west Madison neighborhoods; individuals, non‑501(c)(3) groups, other foundations, religious or political activities, discriminatory organizations, and travel or loan requests are ineligible. Grants generally range from $200–$1,000, are not multi‑year or for endowments/re‑grants, and require a completed application with up to one page of narrative, proof of 501(c)(3) status and a board roster; applications are due April 30 and October 31, incomplete submissions will not be considered, and recipients must submit a one‑page final report and wait 12 months before reapplying.
