Minority Serving Institution Instructors ACT Attendance Travel Grant

About this program

The Society for the Teaching of Psychology (STP) offers the Minority Serving Institution Instructors ACT Attendance Travel Grant, providing a $1,000 award to offset travel-related costs for instructors attending STP's in-person Annual Conference on Teaching (ACT); reimbursable expenses must follow STP's Travel Reimbursement Guidelines. Applicants must be current STP members who teach psychology at a minority serving institution and intend to attend the in-person ACT, maintaining membership from application through grant receipt and final report. Applications (due June 15) require basic demographic information, a proposed travel budget, and disclosure of prior STP travel/conference grants (priority to those who have not recently received such grants); recipients are announced by July 15 and must submit a 100–200 word post-conference report at reimbursement.
