About this program

Mount Sinai Center for Headache and Facial Pain offers a UCNS‑accredited, one-year clinical Headache Fellowship providing comprehensive training in adult, adolescent, and pediatric headache management, including outpatient clinics, inpatient and emergency consultations, and infusion therapies. Fellows have opportunities to teach residents and medical students and to participate in research and publication; the infusion suite is overseen by a nurse practitioner. Applicants must be eligible for a UCNS one‑year fellowship; the program accepts candidates who completed non‑neurology residencies but does not accept J‑1 visas or applicants from non‑ACGME residency training programs. 2026–2027 positions are filled and 2027–2028 positions are open; inquiries are managed via the program’s contact/request form (Program Director: Dr. Anna Pace).
