National Costco Employee Scholarship

About this program

Costco Wholesale Foundation funds the National Costco Employee Scholarship, offering eligible U.S. and Puerto Rico permanent employees up to $10,000 to pursue a first-time degree. Awards may be disbursed as up to $2,500 per year for four years or allocated over a maximum of six years, not to exceed $10,000, for students beginning enrollment in fall 2026 at an accredited, nonprofit college or university. Eligible applicants are regular full-time, part-time, or limited part-time permanent Costco employees residing in the United States or Puerto Rico who hold a high school diploma or GED by June 2026.
