NEDCorps Immigrant Support Grants

About this program

NEDCorps, an initiative of the Northeast Dutchess Fund administered by Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation, is offering competitive grants (total $40,000; individual awards up to $10,000) to support programs that reduce poverty, increase educational attainment, and strengthen short- and long-term financial resiliency for immigrant residents of specified northeast Dutchess County communities. Grants fund new program development or expansion of services with an emphasis on collaborative projects and nonprofit infrastructure; funded projects must complete an outcomes assessment before requesting further Northeast Dutchess Fund support. Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations, public agencies, municipalities, or community organizations serving immigrant residents in Amenia, Clinton Corners, Dover Plains, Millbrook, Millerton, North East, Pine Plains, Stanford, Washington, Wassaic, and Wingdale; one application per organization per deadline, and multi-organization projects must be submitted by a single lead organization (letters of support encouraged). Applications are reviewed by the Northeast Dutchess Fund Committee with recommendations to Berkshire Taconic's Board; deadline October 15, 2026.
