Nico March Hero of Community Management Award

About this program

The Foundation for Community Association Research, established with support from Nico March, annually honors community association management professionals whose exceptional leadership, service, integrity, and measurable impact benefit the communities they serve. The selected nominee receives a $2,000 stipend, complimentary registration to a qualifying CAI event, and recognition through Foundation and CAI communications. Eligible nominees may be U.S.-based or international managers, regional directors, executives, or other professionals actively responsible for community association management. Nominations may be submitted by peers, board members, employers, or professional organizations and must include a statement of no more than 500 words by March 1, 2027.
