Norman R Farnsworth Research Achievement Award

About this program

The American Society of Pharmacognosy awards the annual Norman R. Farnsworth Research Achievement Award to Society members who have made outstanding contributions to natural products research; the award includes a $5,000 honorarium and payment of travel expenses for the recipient to present an award lecture at the Society’s annual meeting. Nominations are solicited annually and the award is selected by the Society. Eligible nominees must be members of the American Society of Pharmacognosy, and nomination packages must include a nominating letter, the candidate’s curriculum vitae, and three letters from individuals familiar with the candidate’s scientific accomplishments; nominations are due February 15 (no year specified).
