The Community Foundation for Northeast Michigan, through the Northeast Michigan Youth Advisory Council (NEMYAC), offers grants to support youth-related programs and projects in Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency, and Presque Isle counties. Funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, approximately $50,000 is awarded annually, with a maximum request of $2,500 per application cycle. Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, schools, and government agencies with 501(c)(3) status or equivalent, serving youth in the specified counties. Priority is given to innovative projects with additional funding support, and final reporting is required.
