NZHPA Travel Grant

About this program

The New Zealand Hospital Pharmacy Association (NZHPA) is offering travel grants to assist members travelling from out of the region with expenses to attend the NZHPA Annual Conference, with intended reimbursement levels by travel type (direct flights up to NZD 150 return; non‑direct flights up to NZD 200 return; car travel round trips >150km and <500km up to NZD 150; car travel round trips >500km up to NZD 200) and alternative travel means may be considered. Award amounts are subject to the number of applications received, the previous year’s conference profit and NZHPA Executive approval, and applicants will be notified of approved funding prior to the conference early‑bird closing date. Funding is available only to current NZHPA members travelling from out of the region; reimbursement is made to the applicant’s bank account after submission of a reimbursement form and original receipts (tax invoices required for air travel) and will be processed within 60 days of conference completion.
