About this program
The Oak Ridge Fund for Achieving Community Excellence (ORFace), administered by the East Tennessee Foundation, supports projects that enhance the Oak Ridge community through initiatives in rebranding, youth support, inclusivity, infrastructure, environmental health, and economic development. While the fund is not offering a competitive grant process in 2025, it previously awarded grants ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 for one-year terms in August 2023. Eligible applicants must have a local presence in Oak Ridge and directly serve its residents, with a recommended but not required 20% match in cash or in-kind contributions.
