Ohio Humanities Film Fellowships at the Wex

About this program

Ohio Humanities and the Wexner Center for the Arts at The Ohio State University offer Film Fellowships to support independent filmmakers producing documentary projects informed by the humanities about Ohio, providing up to $5,000 plus mentorship and access to the Wex’s Film/Video Studio and in-house postproduction facilities. Eligible applicants are independent filmmakers at any career stage whose projects focus on humanities-related stories in and about Ohio. Applications are currently postponed due to National Endowment for the Humanities funding cuts; prospective applicants should contact grants@ohiohumanities.org for updates.
