About this program

Pfizer, in collaboration with ALK Positive, invites proposals for independent medical education initiatives to improve care for patients with advanced ALK‑positive NSCLC, emphasizing preparation for ALK inhibitor therapy and side‑effect management, prompt adverse‑event recognition, quality‑of‑life supports, patient preference–informed decision tools, and inclusive/multilingual resources across North America, South America, Europe, and Australia. Individual awards of up to $100,000 USD (inclusive of direct costs and institutional overhead capped at 28%) are available, with a maximum project length of 18 months and an estimated total RFP budget of $400,000; clinical research or projects that evaluate therapeutic/diagnostic efficacy are not eligible. Eligible applicants are organizations (e.g., medical/nursing/allied health/pharmacy schools, healthcare institutions, patient advocacy groups, professional societies, and medical education companies) based in the specified regions; individuals and physician‑owned practices are ineligible. Proposals (15‑page limit, excluding references) must be submitted via the CyberGrants portal and address goals, needs assessment, target audience, design, evaluation, dissemination, timeline, organizational roles and detailed budget; RFP issued 2025‑12‑03, submission deadline 2026‑02‑18, notifications anticipated Mar/Apr 2026, projects expected to start May 2026.
