Onondaga County - Tier Three Project Support

CNY Arts, on behalf of Onondaga County, is offering Tier Three Project Support grants to fund arts and culture projects in Onondaga County for the project period January 1–December 31, 2026, with awards of $1,000–$10,000 and roughly $198,000 available total. Applications are due January 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM and must be submitted online via Submittable; eligible applicants are agencies classified as Tier Three in Onondaga County. Proposals are screened for completeness and eligibility by CNY Arts staff, then peer-reviewed using the scoring criteria: Artistic & Cultural Merit (40%), Public Service & Engagement (40%), and Capacity & Feasibility (20%); guidance, webinars, office hours, one-on-one consultations, and accommodations (interpretation/translation and technical or grant-writing support) are available.
