Opportunity Endowment Fund

About this program

The East Tennessee Foundation offers the Opportunity Endowment Fund to support capacity building for charitable organizations within its 25-county service area. This grant focuses on collaborative solutions, partnerships, and systemic improvements in operational, financial, data/information, and programmatic systems, with an emphasis on prevention-focused programs addressing adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), drivers of health, and early childhood education. Eligible applicants are charitable organizations serving the specified region, not necessarily physically located within it, with grant amounts up to $25,000 for terms not exceeding one year. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with reviews conducted quarterly.
