Opportunity Youth Grants

About this program

The Columbus Foundation's Opportunity Youth Grants provide operating and program support to organizations that engage and reconnect "opportunity youth" (primarily ages 18–24) to help them enter adulthood prepared to pursue opportunities to live well. The program, informed by a 2015 Franklin County study, targets interventions across six focus areas: Civic Engagement, Education, Health and Wellness, Housing, Support Systems, and Workforce. Eligible applicants are members of the Opportunity Youth coalition and other youth-serving nonprofit organizations working in those focus areas, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis.
