Organizational Capacity Building Grants

About this program

RRF Foundation for Aging provides six-month Organizational Capacity Building Grants of up to $15,000 to Illinois nonprofits seeking to strengthen their ability to serve adults age 60 and older. Funds may support activities such as board development, evaluation, fundraising, technology improvements, strategic planning, staff training, and internal operations, with applications accepted on a rolling basis. Eligible organizations must be Illinois-based nonprofits operating for at least three years with annual revenue of $75,000 or more, and proposals must demonstrate a direct connection to improved services for older people. Applications require an online narrative, project budget, organizational and financial documents, and consultant bids or scopes of work when applicable.
