Our Home State Grant Program

About this program

Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation, F. R. Bigelow Foundation, and Mardag Foundation are collaborating on the Our Home State Grant Program, a five-year, $20 million initiative offering grants of up to $100,000 per year to support systems-change and direct-service efforts that expand access to affordable, quality housing and address homelessness in the East Metro and Greater Minnesota. Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations and programs operating in those regions that provide pathways to affordable housing or remove barriers to housing access. More information will be released in summer 2026, with applications accepted in late 2026.
