Paleontological Society Student Research Grants

About this program

The Paleontological Society offers student research grants of typically $1,200–$1,500 to support undergraduate and graduate research on any aspect of paleontology. Projects exceeding $1,500 must justify the additional need and document consideration of other funding sources. Applicants must be current Paleontological Society student members; international students are eligible, and applications are due February 10. Submissions require a two-page proposal, budget and references, plus a letter of support from an advisor or other recommender.
