Parish Acquisition, Construction and Improvement Fund

About this program

The Catholic Community Foundation administers the Parish Acquisition, Construction and Improvement Fund to provide grants and loans for land acquisition, construction of new parish facilities, and capital repairs, upgrades, and improvements at existing parish properties within the Diocese. Eligible projects include new parish site acquisition and building construction as well as facility improvements and repairs; funding may be structured as grants or repayable loans whose repayments replenish the fund for future projects. Applicants must be parishes within the Diocese; the program is open with no specified deadline and the fund also accepts donations (check, stock transfer, cryptocurrency) to support future awards.
