The Oklahoma City Community Foundation offers the Parks & Public Space Initiative to fund projects enhancing public spaces in Oklahoma City, with grants up to $40,000 based on project scope and complexity. This initiative focuses on beautification, development, and community engagement in parks, trails, and other public lands. Eligible applicants include neighborhood/community groups, 501(c)(3) nonprofits, local government agencies, and state/city-connected agencies in Oklahoma County, with projects required to be publicly accessible and located within Greater Oklahoma City. Applicants must submit a Letter of Intent and, if invited, a detailed grant application, ensuring projects are completed within one year and include significant volunteer involvement.
