Pelikan, Paul Memorial Scholarship Fund

About this program

The Community Foundation of Noble County awards the Paul Pelikan Memorial Scholarship, a one-time $4,000 grant to support tuition, books, and academic fees at any accredited post-secondary institution for an East Noble High School senior or graduate who has demonstrated substantial effort to overcome adversity. Preference is given to applicants who have experienced educational challenges (e.g., dyslexia, ADD); funds may not be used for housing. Eligible applicants include East Noble HS seniors, current college students, and graduates who must submit the CFNC Main Application plus an additional essay describing the educational challenges faced and how they were overcome. Apply via the CFNC scholarship portal (create or log in, take the eligibility quiz to match, complete matched applications) and submit all materials by Jan. 14, 2027 at 11:00 PM.
