About this program
The American Psychological Association’s Division 18 offers the Peter J.N. Linnerooth National Service Award to recognize outstanding contributions to suicide prevention, post-traumatic stress disorder, or provider burnout among active-duty military personnel, veterans, and military families. Contributions may involve clinical research, service delivery, program development, administration, or policy. Nominees need not be Division 18 members, but recipients must be members or affiliate members; nominations require two letters of nomination and a curriculum vitae. Materials are due annually on May 31 and should be submitted to president@publicservicepsych.org.
