Pierre & Patricia Bikai Fellowship

About this program

The American Center of Research (ACOR) offers the Pierre and Patricia Bikai Fellowship to support archaeological research in Jordan by providing room and board at ACOR and an $800 monthly stipend. The award supports one graduate student for two months or two students for one month between May 1 and April 30, and is intended for continued study at ACOR after fieldwork, not fieldwork expenses; residency is required. Applicants must be enrolled graduate students of any nationality except Jordanian citizens and submit an application, approved project documentation, a proposal of up to 2,000 words, transcripts, and one recommendation. Applications are due February 15 annually.
