Pollock-Krasner Foundation Artist Grants

About this program

The Pollock-Krasner Foundation offers unrestricted grants of up to $50,000, typically approximately $35,000, to support the continued development of exceptional visual artists’ practices; applications are accepted internationally on a rolling basis for an intended one-year grant period. Eligible applicants must be professional artists working primarily in painting, sculpture, or works on paper, with an established exhibition and award history, active professional exhibition activity, and at least 10 exhibitions at recognized venues within the past 10 years. Applicants must submit an online application, cover letter, artist statement, current CV, 10 JPEG images of work completed within the past 10 years, an image list, and three professional references; students and artists primarily working in photography, video, performance, commercial art, craft, illustration, or generative/AI art are ineligible.
