Populus Fund

About this program

The Populus Fund, organized by The Union for Contemporary Art with support from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, provides funding for innovative visual arts projects that engage meaningfully with the public. In 2025, it will award seven $10,000 project grants to artists or artist groups working outside established institutions. Individual artists and collectives using performance, dance, film, text, sound, or other nontraditional practices may apply if visual arts are central to the proposed project.
