Portage Area Community Fund (PACF) Grant

About this program

Portage Area Community Fund (PACF), administered by the Madison Community Foundation, offers small grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofits that serve residents of the Portage School District to support civic and cultural enrichment, natural and historic preservation, parks and recreation, community development, youth and educational resources, and other local needs. Grants typically range from $200–$1,000 (annual total ≈ $3,000); applicants may receive only one grant every 12 months and PACF does not fund endowments, loans, re-grants, multi‑year commitments, religious activities, individuals, non‑501(c)(3) groups, other foundations, discriminatory organizations, political activities, or travel.
