The role requires conducting collaborative, externally funded research, contributing to scholarly publications and grant projects, mentoring undergraduate researchers, supporting program growth and outreach, and teaching two undergraduate Korean Studies courses each semester. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Korean Studies or a closely related discipline by the start date and demonstrate university‑level teaching experience; expertise in one or more areas of Korean Studies is required.
