Pratt-Severn Best Masters Student Paper Award

The Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T), sponsored by Pratt Institute’s School of Information and Library Science, offers the Pratt-Severn Best Masters Student Paper Award to recognize outstanding original research and writing in information science. The award includes a certificate, up to US$500 toward travel and registration for the ASIS&T Annual Meeting, and an opportunity to present the research. Applicants must be current or recent master’s students (graduated within the past 12 months), and papers may not be co-authored with doctoral students or faculty, previously published, or under consideration elsewhere. Nominations, consisting of author information, a cover letter, and the paper, are due April 1 (or the adjacent weekday); the winner must join ASIS&T to receive the award.
