About this program

The Chicago Community Trust offers a one-year planning grant of $300,000 to advance a transfer model for Chicago community college students, with a focus on improving bachelor's degree completion rates for Black, Latinx, and low-income students. Eligible applicants are bachelor's degree-granting institutions in Chicago, partnering with a community college in Cook County and a community or nonprofit organization. The application must include a detailed three-year implementation plan outlining the roles of each partner, and funded institutions will be required to provide disaggregated data by race and gender.
