The Florida Bar Foundation (FFLA) offers Pro Bono Support & Enhancement Grants to bolster pro bono programs in Florida, aiming to increase free legal services for low-income individuals through non-LSC-funded organizations. Eligibility is restricted to current IOTA distribution grantees that are charitable or nonprofit, have a proven track record in providing qualified legal services, and are not LSC-funded. LSC-funded organizations are ineligible due to their existing 12% PAI requirement.
