Program-Related Investments

About this program

Rasmuson Foundation offers Program-Related Investments (PRIs) to support charitable projects in family, workforce, and senior housing; community and economic development; and nonprofit facilities. These investments, including loans, equity, and guarantees, aim to foster homeownership, employment, affordable housing, and community stability. Eligible applicants are nonprofits, nonprofit intermediaries, banks, community development financial institutions, and small-business developers, with projects required to align with the Foundation’s charitable goals and avoid traditional bankable ventures or high-risk activities.
