Quailwood Fund

About this program

The Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation’s Quailwood Fund provides grants to strengthen quality of life in the Red Rock area of Columbia County, New York, supporting public services, conservation, recreation, fire and rescue facilities, education, and community-building initiatives. Awards generally range from $500 to $10,000, with up to $20,000 available for projects of exceptional significance or urgency; grants require a 1:1 match. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and public entities proposing projects that serve Red Rock residents and take place in the Red Rock area, with limited exceptions for Conservation Club projects. Applications are due February 15, 2027, and proposals may include capital improvements, equipment, and multiyear projects.
