Heart Rhythm Society's Ralph Lazzara Lectureship Award recognizes a basic or clinical scientist who has made a significant and unique contribution to clinical electrophysiology—particularly in clarifying mechanisms, localizing, or eliminating arrhythmia generators. The award provides $2,000 honorarium, $2,500 travel and hotel stipend, $1,000 annual meeting registration, and a $250 plaque (total value $5,750). Eligible applicants are basic or clinical scientists with documented significant contributions to the field of electrophysiology. Recipients must attend the HRS annual meeting and permit HRS to audio- and video-record the lecture for future enduring products.
