Raymond Davis Scholarship

About this program

The Society for Imaging Science and Technology (IS&T) offers the Raymond Davis Scholarship to support advanced undergraduate and graduate students in imaging-related fields to attend IS&T conferences (Archiving, Color and Imaging, Electronic Imaging, and digiTIPS), providing a $500 stipend plus 50% off registration for Archiving/CIC/EI and complimentary registration for digiTIPS. Applicants must be full-time students at an accredited institution—either advanced undergraduates who have completed at least two academic years or graduate students—and IS&T membership is not required. Applications are submitted by the conference-specific deadlines (early submission for EI; one month before for digiTIPS) and winners are chosen by the Conference/Symposium Committee; one award may be given per conference per year and the Society may withhold the award if no suitable candidate is identified.
