RedRover Relief Urgent Care grants provide short-term financial assistance, resources, and emotional support to U.S. pet guardians facing economic hardship when a single animal requires urgent, life‑threatening treatment; awards average about $250 to fill a small funding gap and the portal accepts rolling weekly applications (closes Fridays 4:00 p.m. PT, reopens Mondays 9:00 a.m. PT) with reviews during business hours. Applicants must complete pre‑application questions and, if eligible, submit a full application including a current diagnosis and a veterinarian treatment plan; responses are typically provided within 1–2 business days. Eligibility requires U.S. residency for both applicant and animal, one animal per application, household income ≤ $60,000/year, an urgent condition with a good prognosis, and no prior Urgent Care grant to the household; RedRover does not fund office exams, most diagnostics, ongoing/chronic or routine care, follow‑up visits, or situations where the immediate funding need is $1,000 or more.
