Regional Touring Program

About this program

Mid-America Arts Alliance, with support from the National Endowment for the Arts, offers Regional Touring Program grants of up to $5,000 to help arts organizations present touring artists from another Mid-America state through performances, exhibitions, and public programs. Funded projects must occur between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027, include a public feature presentation and an artist-led outreach or educational activity, and provide a 1:1 dollar-for-dollar cost share. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofits, government entities, federally recognized tribal communities, and educational institutions incorporated and operating in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Texas, with at least three years of arts programming. Applications are accepted on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis through June 30, 2027, or until state funds are exhausted.
