Regional Touring Program

About this program

The Mid-America Arts Alliance (M-AAA) offers the Regional Touring Program (RTP) to support organizations in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas, providing grants to host touring artists from within the M-AAA region but outside the applicant's state. Funding covers up to 50% of artist fees for artists on state touring rosters and 25% for other in-region artists, with an additional 10% for rural organizations, up to $5,000 with a 1:1 cost share requirement. Eligible applicants include 501(c)3 nonprofits, state/local government units, and federally recognized tribal entities, which must be incorporated and operating in the M-AAA region, have a valid EIN and UEI, and be in good standing with M-AAA. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, with funding distributed first-come, first-served.
