The Community Foundation of Noble County offers the Replogle, Brandon A. "Celebrate the Arts" Memorial Scholarship Fund, a one-time $2,000 award covering tuition, books, and academic fees for one West Noble High School senior who will attend an accredited two- or four-year postsecondary institution. Applicants must have been active in West Noble High School’s Theater 33 for at least two years or an active art student for two years, and must show the equivalent of six months of work experience during high school; a preferred cumulative GPA is 3.00–3.65, with preference for those nearest 3.65. A short essay describing high school job experiences (hours, duties/responsibilities, and personal impact) is required, and applications must be submitted via the CFNC Scholarship Apply Portal (including the CFNC Main Application and any matched scholarship forms) by January 14, 2027 at 11:00 PM.
