Merck Research Laboratories sponsors the Ralph F. Hirschmann Award in Peptide Chemistry, a biennial award recognizing outstanding achievements in peptide chemistry, biochemistry, and biophysics. The award includes $5,000, a certificate, and up to $2,500 for travel expenses to the award presentation.
