The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Foundation offers the Research Endowment - Early Career Research Grant, providing $10,000 in seed funding for mechanistic, hypothesis-driven basic and applied research in exercise science. This grant aims to support early career researchers in launching their research careers, with the expectation of securing additional funding afterward. Eligibility is limited to ACSM national members in good standing who are within seven years of attaining a terminal degree (e.g., PhD, MD, DO).
