Research in Nursing & Health (RINAH) Authorship Award

About this program

Southern Nursing Research Society (SNRS) offers the Research in Nursing & Health (RINAH) Authorship Award to recognize an SNRS member who, within the prior academic year (Sept 1–Aug 31), disseminated high-quality, peer‑reviewed research or important theoretical/methodological advances as a sole author or first author in the society’s journal, Research in Nursing & Health. Eligible publications must have a first author from the SNRS region and nominations must be submitted by a current SNRS member. Nominations must be a single PDF packet containing the online nomination form submission, a consent agreement to attend the Annual Conference to receive the award, and citation information; incomplete packets will not be accepted. The SNRS Awards Committee reviews nominations and recommends recipients to the SNRS Governing Board for final approval, and awardees must attend the Awards Ceremony at the Annual Conference, bearing their own attendance expenses.
