About this program
Research Ireland's ERC Support Programme provides institutional funding to Irish host institutions that have recruited researchers holding ERC Starting, Consolidator, Advanced or Synergy Grants, supporting their relocation and integration; the scheme is administered as a rolling call but is currently temporarily paused for new applications. Applications must be submitted by senior representatives of the host institution of the recruited awardee, and the linked ERC awardee must have originally obtained their ERC award from a host institution outside Ireland. The timing of the application relative to the ERC award's official start date may influence the level of funding available; for programme queries contact erc@researchireland.ie.
