Resident Research Award (Foundation for Endodontics)

About this program

The Foundation for Endodontics provides a one-time $500 Resident Research Award for each incoming endodontic resident to support research-related activities at accredited U.S. and Canadian programs. Funds may be used for individual resident research projects, travel to present research, travel to a Board Review Course, or other research-related activities; if applied to a competitive grant submitted to the Research and Scientific Affairs Committee, the $500 will be deducted from any committee-recommended funding. Applications must be completed by the program director or department head, include resident names, project titles and intended use, and require a W-9 (U.S.) or W-8 (Canada) form (ACH optional); the deadline is rolling and payment processing takes 4–6 weeks after approval. Programs must submit a summary report for the named residents to remain eligible for future Resident Research Awards.
