About this program

Bartlesville Community Foundation’s Rich and Kathleen Rutledge Fund awards grants (requests up to $2,500) to support civic projects within the city of Bartlesville—including new capital projects—and to support music/music education and arts/arts education. Eligible applicants are organizations proposing projects that benefit Bartlesville in those areas; requests must not exceed $2,500. Applicants must submit a complete application with all required attachments—incomplete submissions will not be reviewed—and award decisions are made by the BCF grant committee; applications are available online.
