Richard Van Duyne Early Career Award in Experimental Physical Chemistry

The ACS Physical Chemistry Division offers the Richard Van Duyne Early Career Award in Experimental Physical Chemistry to recognize outstanding contributions by a young investigator in experimental physical chemistry. The recipient receives a $5,000 honorarium, presents research at the fall ACS meeting, and is honored at the PHYS reception. Nominees must be PHYS Division members within their first 10 years as independent researchers; current or incoming PHYS Executive Committee members and previous JPC/PHYS Lectureship recipients are ineligible, and self-nominations are not accepted. Nominations must include the form, nomination and seconding letters, CV, selected publications list, and attendance assurance, submitted as one PDF by November 30 each year.
